This is it!!! my group and i finally completed our final task project. I had a lot of fun doing this with my group, it was an interesting project and i loved working with my group.
The first scene-the camera is at a low level at someone's feet at a Walmart. It might be a Target but the first scene is any type of store. The second scene- Then someone is picking out some party items in the specific aisle. It includes birthday hats, soda, decorations,, and more. The third scene- Now the camera is zoomed up on the items as the person is picking them out on the shelf. She picks out the cake, party hats, and balloons. The fourth scene- Then someone goes in the card aisle and pics at a birthday card. The camera is focused on the card shelfs and all you see is the hand reaching to the card. The fifth scene- Then someone goes to the freezer aisle and gets ice cream. This time the camera is catching the person and the freezer. The sixth scene- This is where the person is paying all the items that are being bought. The items include all the birthday party decorations and necessities. Some images that point out the most are sparks from a metal or a bloody consistency. It also looks like gas out of a car like the liquid. Fire is also another one to look at in the sequence. - What connotations do these images carry? These images give off a steaming or a hot atmosphere. From the fire and the sparks, it looks like the film has something to do with something burning. - How does the film establish a feeling of the genre from the outset?
