 On Thursday 30th during our second period. Nyla, Melvin and i started filming on our project, we went to the track to film the apple watch shot. Nyla was wearing the watch while Melvin and i were filming her run.  The field was busy so we couldn't complete the full shot so on Monday we are going to film again. Earlier on we filmed the MacBook shot where Nyla and Melvin were "talking" then we zoomed in on the laptop getting put away. Next, we filmed the Ipad/apple pencil shot where Nyla and melvin were filming me draw with the pencil on the Ipad. We also filmed the "door shot" where we showed nyla walking out of the classroom to later on transition to the "Airpod" scene. We filmed the 'clock scene' where we slowly zoomed in on the schools clock to transition to nyla and the MacBook. We are also going to have 2 actors text each other. They are going to text one of the actors asking where they are. The actors who is "lost" is going to "find" them. Additionally we are going to have an actor "play games" on the iphone.  we will do this shot during this class. One of the earlier shots was an actor playing with the airpod case. Showing more apple products to the audience. we had to at least re-film the macbook shot twice. we plan to re-film the apple watch and airpod scene later on. Since nyla is going to be absent we are going to film without her.

Finished Filming

After my group finished the filming scene of the group chat conversation we moved on to the next film. The scene after the text messages was where we all were supposed to meet up at the main character's house. While reviewing the script my groupmates decided to skip the introduction as they thought it could be unnecessary. The reasoning why the decision was that if the friends know each other why would they need an introduction. Because of this change and because of the fact that we were already running out of time we were discussing canceling the rest of the filming. We would still film on another day just pushed back. My group decided that we should try it today and just adapt to the script and that is what we ended up doing. Props: Since as a group we decided to work on an apple commercial, our main prop will be apple products. Other props we will include will be bags and school supplies. Costumes: In our commercial we will have 2 different costumes for each actor. The first costume will be a casual outfit, something that people would wear to school. The second costume will consist of athletic clothing. Something along the lines of a tank top or a cotton t-shirt and athletic shorts or athletic tights.
