books, papers, weapons like guns and

knives, Cigarettes, Pipes. Set props include

desks and furniture

Lighting: Fill lighting, Lowkey lighting

and High key lighting

Makeup: Contour and Blush Cremes

Acting: Classical acting, depending on the

lore of the movie the actors will act

according to the script

Editing: Cutaways, Cut, Fade,

Establishing shot, Eye line match,

transitions

Sounds: Dialogue from the individual speaking, soundtrack for the film

and sound effects like water dripping

from a faucet

The element I enjoy the most from mystery films is the puzzle solving themes behind it. 


The element I dislike is when it ends on a cliche out cone that just doesn’t fit with the entire story
