Doing this project as a team is a much better choice, compared to working alone. Since together we can really look through everything and make sure it's the best as it can possible be. The people  i  choose to work with are Withly,  Melvin and Jennifer. I  chose them because they are responsible and hardworking people. I was with them all throughout middle school . We were in the same class together that's how  i  know she works very hard in projects or assignments. Melvin  and i  were in the same team for 7th and 8th grade, he's very smart and very creative and he comes up with ideas very fast. I think me being a in group with both of them is going to be a fun learning experience. The thing that i'm looking forward the most is filming. Hello, my name is Naiara Aggiuro and i'm 16 years old. I'm a very independent and hardworking person, i have a job at the AMC theater in coral ridge where my position is being a crew member. All my supervisors and managers really like me due to my ability to work and communicate well with others. When i was in 5th grade i was a violin player and i went to competition and ended up in 2nd place. The song that i chose was called "gypsy love", i was very scared while performing but i managed to get over the fear and do my best. I was born in Lima, Peru a country in South America. I decided to apply to the Pre law program at Fort Lauderdale High school because after college i want to either work for Homeland Security as a U.S customs and border protection agent. My second option is to study psychology and become a psychologist since i find the human brain really fascinating and how it can alter one's behavior.  I like being in media studies because i really enjoy video...

 

This was my second time working on a project like this. I had a great experience working with my friends. We had a great time and did the job. We created a wonderful Music video. I did notice some areas where we could have made improvements in the final result. This will only leave room for future initiatives to improve. I'm proud of my team and I, as well as the music video we all created. I believe we effectively used our expertise to convey what we know. I'm looking forward to working on my next project and seeing how far I've progressed. Hopefully we all get to work together again in future projects. 

Once all the scenes were edited, I had to add the song we are using into the video. Some scenes were rearranged to a different order. The scenes that were changed were the scenes were we had to grab the napkins and the confetti were made into a split scene. Once i was done i had to be done was run the entire film to make sure everything was ok. Once I did that, I saw that the duration still went a little over 1 minute. So, I had to go back and check and see which scenes to cut down even more. I first cut down the first opening scene by a couple seconds. Then I cut down the"setting the table up" scene so it wasn't as long anymore. Then the phone call scene was cut, in a way that it looked like a jump cut. The phone convo was cut very short. Then the scene were the little girl and the mom are walking was also cute so that way there wasn't walking too much from scene to scene. Then more editing came into play. Once all the scenes were aligned in the order they needed to be, I had to make sure the timing was right. This included both editing the time and speeding up the time. Some scenes were not included in the film because it dragged out the time or because they were too shaky. To begin with, the first editing was done on my personal laptop. What had to be done was run the entire film. Once I did that, I saw that the duration went under 1 minute. So, I had to go back and check and see which scenes i needed to extend. I first cut down the first opening scene by a couple seconds. Then I speed up the scene where one of the actors is walking then slow it down when they grab the item and put it inside the basket. This gave me more time which was good for the film so that way i can add more parts/transitions. Then there were some scenes that were cut, in a way that looked like a split screen. On Wednesday , the 1st I started filming with my group for the remaining shots we needed. All of my group members showed up so we were able to film the shots we needed to film. The location we chose was Middle River Terrace Park near the school. The park was a pretty empty with the exception of a few kids with their moms and dads so there weren't any filming issues.  My group and i decided that i was going to ask one of the parents and their kid if they wanted to be in the video, so i went up to a mom and introduced myself and my group and what we were doing. In the end she agreed to be in the video. I picked up filming and making sure to re-shoot certain scenes as we went along, but there was one scene which was a one time things since there wasn't enough confetti.
